Hello! I’m Anna.

Pirene was founded in 2018 as a health and safety venture, delivering the CDM Advisor role and health and safety consultancy services to corporate clients, contractors, and designers.

Over the years, the business has evolved to reflect both my professional expertise and personal passion, blending design with health, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility. This has allowed Pirene to develop into a practice that offers a truly unique service for my clients.

By combining the disciplines of design and health and safety, a framework is created where every element of the design and construction process actively supports wellbeing. The goal is simple, to ensure that throughout a project’s lifecycle, no one is put in a position where they need to be fixed, or even worse, are unable to be fixed!  

It’s about giving a toss — from start to finish, from concept to completion. And I can support you at any stage along that journey. Whether you need concept or detailed design support, health and safety consultancy for an operational business, or simply help getting everything in order, I’m here to support you and set you up for success.

I’m deeply passionate about helping commercial spaces achieve both design excellence and compliance. My ethos is to create environments where human experience, human wellbeing, and environmental health co-exist together in quiet harmony.

I’m fully qualified and experienced to deliver a service that will ease the pressures of providing well- designed, compliant commercial interior environments. I hold a BA in Interior Design and am a NEBOSH-qualified Health & Safety Consultant, with over 14 years experience working across a range of residential and commercial schemes for a variety of clients.
