CDM Principal Designers Advisor & CDM Client Advisor

Do you need support with your Principal Designer obligations under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015)? Pirene Studio Workplace (PSW) helps designers set up practical processes, compliance documentation and assist with the identification of risk and the implementation of control measures. While the regulations place clear responsibilities on designers, the reality is that many of these duties are already embedded within your design process. You are likely identifying risk and implementing safer alternatives instinctively as your designs develops. PSW's role is to provide the training, structure, guidance and confidence you need to carry out your CDM duties effectively on future projects. We will work with you until you feel comfortable to go it alone, and of course, we will always be on call if you need advice.
